Set in the times of Medieval kings, castles, and knights, it involves a varying set of people, from peasants, nobles, and knights, of both common and noble blood. All of the knights want to prove themselves at a grand tournament King Mhonnen is hosting, for the man is trying to decide who the older of his two daughters should marry. And since the jousting champion would be considered a possible husband for the girl, all of the young knights are anxious to prove themselves worthy. Starting with a Midwinter Festival, people from all around come to take part in the jousting tournament, including people who are forced to joust in disguise, including a stubborn female blacksmith and the Prince of another noble family. Each knight has his [or her] own motives, and reasons for wanting to win the tournament, but only one will triumph. As the festivities escalate and tempers blaze, the neighbouring, enemy nation is seeking to demolish King Mhonnen's country, though a scheme gone wrong in the other country has caused a girl of noble birth to turn up near King Mhonnen's castle. Having amnesia, she knows nothing of her origin, and isn't sure if she wants to, and so a spy is sent by that same country, a knight that will keep an eye on things. It seems that no one is who they say they are, but that doesn't keep passions from heating between the most unlikely of people. Who will marry the elder Princess? Who will win the tournament? And will war break out between the two great nations?
Kidnaps, affairs, battles, and festivities have already been vaguely plotted, so join in to get a piece of the action.
